Wow, I didnt know that McDonalds fries contain oil, or eating Ben and Jerry Ice cream daily making me fat, let me sue them. That's the fallacy of our legal system that it allows such frivolous law suits.

    that is pretty ridiculous....the only instance where a lawsuit like that would be viable is if the information was not clearly presented to the consumer, but not only are nutrition facts almost always on very clear and on every food package; it's just common sense
