The right to privacy should be allowed for all people. Some celebrities could be able to be followed by paparazzi at some times, but not aggressively.

I do not think the right of privacy in a public space should be guaranteed. In addition to the fact that the right of one individual's privacy may infringe on the freedoms of other individuals, public space is also by its very design a platform for human interaction - there are private spaces with guaranteed privacy, while public spaces guarantee, well, publicity.

When the individual is in a private space however, privacy may be guaranteed by the owner of the space. If you are at your home, for example, then nobody should be allowed to disturb you without your permission. Same goes for being in your car, or on a private corporate party with the applicable rules.

    I agree with @MayCaesar

I think it's...well it's downright ridiculous to stand in a "Public" space and demand privacy.  Likewise it's ridiculous to stand in a private space and demand public access...see where I'm coming from here?  If someone's aggressively harassing you...call the cops...that's what they're for.  Disturbing the peace is a really great law that gives police a huge leeway with discretion to determine that you're pissing people off and should stop.

"Oh, you don't like my sarcasm?  Well I don't much appreciate your stup!d".
