Bolton says U.S. could dismantle North Korean arsenal 'within a year'

Too early to tell. Sure talks have occurred and submit agreements have been made, but it remains to be seen if North Korea is serious about this, or whether it's just a ploy to get some temporary economic relief. North Korea claims to, and has shown, dismantling of, what it claims to be, it's only nuclear testing facility. However, we don't know if this is the only facility and reports have come out that they do have secret facilities and that they have continued purchasing nuclear materials.

An edit: to address Bolton, I thinks it's laughable for the North Korean nuclear arsenal to be dismantled within a year, even if they are really cooperating in good faith. I just think a year is logistically too short of a timeframe.
