A LOT of people and organizations were "forced" to do, or not do, a lot of things to get Kavanaugh placed on the court. It was NOT a legal process in any way. The FBI was "controlled" and restricted, time was minimized, victims were insulted and belittled …. all to try to turn America into a theocracy and destroy democracy. The NYT may have overstepped their bounds at some point, but NO MORE than the Senate and the Judicial Branch of the DST. (The Divided States of Trump).

It is strange that a case with no evidence for it is considered at all. Is there anything at all, aside from some people's verbal testimonies? Any photo or video footage, any dropped items found by the police, anything at all?

Why do we pay any attention to these cases based on nothing but hearsay? It seems to me that these people simply cannot defeat Kavanaugh on the political scene, and so they are grasping at any straws they can find to try to make him look compromised.

Ironically, Kavanaugh is actually one of the most moderate Republican judges in history, and he sides with Democrats on many issues. But because they have invested so much time and energy into trying to bar him from entering the Supreme Court a while ago, they now just cannot let it go. The world of politics is a dirty business.

Because we have too many people like AlofRI, who do not believe in due process or innocent until proven guilty.

People who are ready to convict someone based only on politics.

I fear for the day when such people are a majority in America. That is how Germany became fascist.

Judge Kavanaugh now knows how Jews in 1939 Germany felt. All these liberal fascists need now are the crematoriums.

Oh, but I DO believe in due process! The FREEDOM to HAVE due process without fear. When you get due process and are ridiculed, IGNORED, and not allowed the "process" of a fair investigation …. "You may only interview these particular witnesses for this many minutes, You can NOT interview THESE particular witnesses NOR look for others, and you must do so in this (very short) allotted time, etc., etc., THAT is NOT "due process", THAT is a convenient arrangement. A setup!

Liberals, one and all, are against fascism AND/OR human burning ovens. To relate these to crematoriums is IMO wrong, as is your insulting attack on at least 50% of America.

Germany became fascist by making the mistake of listening to a racist, lying, egocentric leader. History could be repeating itself …. in another country.
