Homosexuality is plainly condemned in the bible

Leviticus 20:13

13  If a man H376 also lie H7901 with mankind H2145, as he lieth H4904 with a woman H802, both H8147 of them have committed H6213 an abomination H8441: they shall surely H4191 be put to death H4191; their blood H1818 shall be upon them.

Leviticus 18:22

22  Thou shalt not lie H7901 with mankind H2145, as with H4904 womankind H802: it is abomination H8441.

In Romans 1:26-27, Paul said, “For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.”

The natural function is to be partners for the opposite-sex

The New Testament also prohibits homosexual marriage. Jesus talked about this in Matthew 19. The Pharisees said, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason at all?” (v. 3).
Jesus answered, “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate” (vv. 4-6).

God defines marriage as God joins two people. Without Jesus Christs acceptance of a marriage it is not marriage.
