How is it possible to evolve when sequencing and chromosomes prevent the exchanging of genes?

Debate Information

So how is it even possible to bear another species?

@Sand Haven't we been over this before?

It's possible because having a different number of Chromosomes or different gene sequence doesn't prevent the exchange of genes.

For example, humans have 23 pairs of Chromosomes where our ancestors have 24, and modern chimps descending from this lineage also have 24. This is because at some point, human chromosome 2 fused from smaller ones present in our primate ancestors. We know this is true because of telomeric DNA (Telomeres are the bits of DNA at the end of chromosomes, that serve a purpose similar to an aglet (the bit of plastic on the end) on shoelaces)

At some point in the distant past, the universe went through a phase of cosmic inflation,
Stars formed, planets coalesced, and on at least one of them life took root.
Through a long process of evolution this life
    developed into the human race.
Humans conquered fire, built complex societies and advanced technology .

All of that so we can argue about nothing.

    Here is the problem.
If two fused and they had a boy, then the girl the boy mates with would not give birth.
Because the boy with 23, mates with a girl 23 it will not bear children.
Then there is the problem with the sequence.
If there is something different like modern chimps, humans have at least 43% different sequence than the closest primate, you still cannot exchange genes.

The example you used is, at some point 2 primate chromosomes fused and became 23.
But the chromosomes are the first problem, sequencing is the other.
I was thinking like you 23 and 23, but sequencing prevents mismatches.
Humans are not the only animal with 23 pairs of chromosomes.
But humans mate with other animals with 23 pairs, offspring will still not occur.
Species are unique because of the sequence of the DNA that makes up the chromosomes, not just the number of chromosomes.
The primates sequence is greatly different from our sequence.

New species cannot occur from the fusing of two chromosomes.
