The most Divisive Grand Championship
Round 1
seems like today we are more divided than ever on key issues in politics and between people and institutions alike. But all of this begs the question:
Who or what is the most divisive in the nation?
We will hold a competition to find out. Every one will get one vote on each person on the bracket, and what or whoever is the most polarizing will advance to the next round.
Keep in mind that all issues and people are neutral in terms of which side they are on, so it is not important to pick things based on if you support or oppose them, but rather on the magnitude of that polarization and to what extent you think it has divided people.
Here is the starting bracket:
At some point in the distant past, the universe went through a phase of cosmic inflation,
Stars formed, planets coalesced, and on at least one of them life took root.
Through a long process of evolution this life developed into the human race.
Humans conquered fire, built complex societies and advanced technology .
All of that so we can argue about nothing.

As such, the most divisive people would be those obsessed with picking fights with others over differences. And that depends not on the person's ideology or media space, but on their character. I have met people who absolutely cannot deal with any difference in opinions without flipping out and making the other person uncomfortable, wanting to run away from them. Lost several friendships to that, and I do not miss them one bit.
If you want to successfully socialise with people, you need to learn to agree to disagree and to understand where people come from, even those views of which you absolutely detest. Until you learn to do that, your interactions are going to be unstable and dependent on the topic discussed, and you will never be in control of your social life.
One prominent traveller once said something along these lines: "If you want to get the most out of your travel, you should have zero expectations from every place you visit." Similarly, you should have no expectations from people you interact with, regarding what they believe in, what they agree or disagree with you on, etc. Just treat everyone well, and you will be good, and even those who cannot stand your views will, at least, respect you for your attitude, and most of the time not mind being around you.

Plagiarism is taking the product of someone else's work and claiming it is a product of your work. Simply making a product similar to someone else's product is not plagiarism, and does not require any references.
In this thread, you are actually the one partaking in plagiarism. You took @Happy_Killbot's post and started claiming repeatedly that it is your work, when it is clearly not. You are the one trying to pass up someone else's work as your own, and you should really stop doing that out of simple decency.
