Depends on what you mean by that. Anti-gravity as in repulsion force between any two objects determined solely from their masses and the distance between them? Could be possible, although it would make sense to include it in the general gravity as one of the terms in the equation. Anti-gravity as in the ability to "revert" gravity so it acts opposite to how it does now? I suppose the possibility of it is not entirely ruled out by the observational evidence, but we have never observed anything that behaves this way, and I am not aware of a single hypothesis of any repute that would warrant introduction of anti-gravity in the equation.

Gravity is arguably the biggest unsolved mystery in physics, and graviton (particle responsible for gravitational force) is the least studied particle of all particles in our currently predominant model. Maybe there is an "anti-graviton", similar to graviton, but leading to repulsion, rather than attraction... Gravitons are extremely hard to study experimentally, because of how weak their interaction with other particles is. We have to derive their properties from the little data we have on gravitational waves, and even detecting gravitational waves is extremely difficult and has been unfeasible up until a few years ago.

well, according to what science says, when the universe began, there was an equal amount of anti-matter as there was matter. so considering matter and gravity goes hand in hand so to speak, does it seem possible that anti gravity existed with the anti matter/?@MayCaesar

Possible in principle, but I am not aware of any theory that successfully incorporated any kind of anti-gravity and remained consistent with the observations. Then again, we know very little about the conditions in the Universe at that point in time, and maybe, once we learn a bit more, we will be able to propose such a theory.

No, gravity is a kind of motion, a type of motion. Think of time as a measurement at a point when
gravity can be seen stopped not changed in a direction to one single point it can be viewed as stopped again for a second time.

The application created by physics would be changing the direction of motion created by gravity. In theory I would say changing the gravity demission is more related to time then mass, matter, and energies recurrence is to time travel...Anti is an expression of mathematics and space not time. Gravity is an expression of time and mathematically the principle of direction a clock might turn.

Not that it's the best comparison but having a clock synchronized to run in two directions does not mean we will end up getting younger but making this kind of thing happen, it meant the clock becomes accurate or precise on a different level of mathematics. It does not mean if the world turned in the opposite direction mathematically we would float. The direction of gravity would still be towards a point in a radius, diameters center, mathematically. 

Anti-gravity is simply moving at a certain place in constant direction against resistance at least one math translation. While Positive and negative are depth in a multiple  state (X, Y, Z) in mathematic translation.
