"(CNN)Missouri is suing the Chinese government and other top institutions for the role they played in the coronavirus pandemic and the effects it has had on the state, accusing the country of covering up information, silencing whistleblowers and doing little to stop the spread of the disease, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced Tuesday. "

"At least 6,105 people have been confirmed to have the virus in Missouri and at least 229 have died, according to numbers from Johns Hopkins University."

"Schmitt, in his official role as attorney general of Missouri, filed the civil lawsuit in federal court in the eastern district of Missouri."

"The lawsuit, the first of its kind, claims "Chinese authorities deceived the public, suppressed crucial information, arrested whistleblowers, denied human-to-human transmission in the face of mounting evidence, destroyed critical medical research, permitted millions of people to be exposed to the virus, and even hoarded personal protective equipment—thus causing a global pandemic that was unnecessary and preventable."

"Legal experts have said the lawsuit faces an uphill battle because China is protected by sovereign immunity. CNN is reaching out to the Chinese government for comment."

"Missouri's lawsuit alleges that while the Chinese medical community had indications of human-to-human transmission of the virus, they did not inform the World Health Organization when they first reported the outbreak."

"It also alleges Chinese leaders did little to curb spread of the virus, still allowing thousands of people to travel to and out of Wuhan."

"In mid-January, on or around January 16, despite knowing the risks of doing so, Wuhan leaders hosted a potluck dinner for 40,000 residents, increasing the potential spread of the virus," it says. "Defendants allowed these massive public gatherings and massive exodus from Wuhan despite knowing the risks of COVID-19, including the risk of human-to-human transmission."

Yesterday on the news, it was explained that if the Center for Disease Control (CDC) had been able to go to Wuhan China, to investigate the Coronavirus outbreak at the beginning, that maybe 95% of the outbreak could have been contained?

Instead of China basically sitting on the information, that could have saved thousands of lost Global lives in multiple countries, and not treating that information like an inconvenient seat cushion, to begin with?

That's what China did, they placed their own interests, above the millions of lives that aren't inhabiting their own country, as we speak, because they didn't want to LOOSE FACE, or the Tourism Dollars, that they made off of the tourists that came into their country, to see and experience China's culture?

To me, they committed Humanitarian Fraud by not being truthful, about the Coronavirus as it wreaked havoc, around the Globe, while they remained tight lipped about it for 2 plus months?

What it boils down to is this, China decided to play,  INTERNATIONAL MIND GAMES, with the rest of the Globe, in a sense?

England, France, Italy, the United States, the Middle East, the rest of Asia, Africa, and etc?

And then the fellow in charge of the World Health Organization, decides that he doesn't like what the POTUS, has to say in regards to the WHO? 

And then he sends his opinion around the Globe, via the News Media Outlet coverages? 

What we're learning and being taught via how China, and the WHO, have responded to the thoughts and events that have affected the other countries that aren't in China, via what Boris Johnson has expressed, (And I'm grateful that he's on the rebound, being that he was infected by the Coronavirus. And one of the nurses that was tending to him, while he was sick, passed away from the virus, and she was a nurse for 24 years.)

Is that China, has a "Communism problem?"

And when it came to their country, where the Coronavirus originated from, their "Communism problem," is what they used to FILTER out to the rest of the Globe, the TRUTH, about what was going on, while the Coronavirus Pandemic, went around the world, like an invisible wildfire? 

China owns the reality over what happened to the rest of the world, when it comes to History over the Coronavirus, and there's nothing that they can do to change that.

They've stigmatized themselves, and that reality isn't going away anytime soon.

So they can put out, through the media, all of the disinformation campaigns that they can brainstorm, but they can't hide from a truth, that they created themselves.

And in regards to the state of Missouri, I hope they can get the compensation that they deserve, because China's delayed silence for 2 plus months, cost some of the US citizens in the state of Missouri, their own lives, because they became affected, by the virus, known as COVID-19, that originated from China.
