Is it ok for men to be feminine and/or wear dresses?

I personally think that is perfectly fine if a man wants to wear a dress or be more feminine. I think we should encourage self-expression and let people be who they want to be. I think the whole "Bring back manly men" thing is ridiculous. Please feel free to debate with me if you disagree. Although if you are not willing to have an open mind and genuinely consider my argument, do not bother. I will do the same, I keep an open mind in debates and I'm open to persuasion.
