Should both Bidens go to jail if it's proven that they took illegal kickbacks?

If the Biden's committed a crime they should go to jail.  Justice is suppose to be blind.  Unfortunately, it is obvious that the government has been weaponized against those whom the left deems their enemies.  The DOJ labeled several parents domestic terrorist threats in April 2022 in a revealed secret letter from Merrick Garland and NSBA.  The FBI showed up at a pro-life man's home with guns drawn in the early down and arrested him for protesting outside of an abortion clinic - he was found innocent of both charges and is now suing the DOJ (good for him).  In 2022 a father was arrested at a PTA meeting when he tried to call out the school board for covering up the sexual assault of his daughter by a biological male wearing a dressing and on the day of the assault said she was identifying as a she.  The individual went on to sexually assault another female less than 2 weeks later at another school.  This past week the SPLC said that "Moms for Liberty" are a domestic terrorist group, For planting bombs?  Wait for it.  Their crime according to SPLC is "mobilizing to “attack public education, ban books, and remove any curriculum that contains discussions of race, discrimination, and LGBTQ+ identities".  So protesting at PTAs and filing FOIA requests are their crimes.  

Contrast that with how Antifa and BLM have been treated.  Most of the BLM rioters who were arrested were released and never tried.  They did over 2 billion dollars in buildings damage, and killed 25 people during the BLM riot summer.  Antifa was not prosecuted for trapping government workers inside a building and then setting it on fire during their 100 nights of riots.  I guess if they protested at PTA meetings and filed FOIA requests then SWAT would have taken them out.

Hunter Biden and especially Joe Biden should be thrown in jail, and when Trump wins the election and cleans out the corrupt administration officials in the FBI, the DOJ, the IRS, and the CIA, they probably will be.

It is understood that the matter of national security is set on if those who follow the Executive orders signed off on by Executive officer Biden should be arrested and charged with a crime or not. If so, should the voters to also be charged with the crimes as well? Should it be left to civil courts and criminal courts like the War crimes of Germany?  Does a voter have the right to file a civil suit when the grievance is not discrimination instead a crime against the witness of a legal matter? " I was just following orders was an all-time favorite quote at one time by many Armed Service men." It didn't work out the first time I doubt it will do much better this time either.
