Yes, big feet are real. Science deniers will claim they are a myth, but current Guinness Book world holder for living human with the biggest shoe size is Jeison Orlando Rodríguez Hernández of Venezula.  Hernández’ feet measure in at 40.55 cm (1.33 ft) and 40.47 cm (1.32 ft), which puts him at a whopping U.S. size 26.

The largest bigfoot of all time though was a guy named Robert Wadlow, who wore a size 37AA shoe.

Anti-science folk, ***cough Dee cough***, may claim that that their doctors were Christian and therefore all their medical records, videos, news reports, eye witness testimonies  are made up. But seeing is believing. Bigfeet are real.
