Should sex segregated clubs be abolished?

Debate Information

The reason I'm asking this question is because there a people without a biological sex, as well as people who are intersex, and people who have rare biological sexes, too.

Argument Topic: Yes they absolutely should.

We don't need sex segregated clubs. Sex segregated clubs only harm intersex people, people without a biological sex, and people of other rare biological sexes, too because there aren't any clubs for them since they are a very small minority of the population, because of this, they will only be discriminated from these clubs. I just think it's silly, too why sex segregated clubs aren't illegal if race segregated clubs are.

Why don't they set their own clubs up? How are they being discriminated by clubs who are totally unaware of them?

Can you show me the book of rules for these clubs that discriminate against these people they are unaware of?

Interestingly, girls can be in the Boy Scouts, but boys can't be in the Girl Scouts.  Again, did you consider the impact on girls in your proclamation?  From the Girl Scouts webpage:

Research shows that a girl learns best in an all-girl, girl-led, and girl-friendly environment. Our programs are designed specifically for girls at their various developmental stages through youth.
Why do you think it is OK to harm the learning and socialization of girls by their free association with one another?  It seems to me you have once again, ignored the interests of at least 51% of the people (51% is the estimated percentage of girls in the population - but the same principle applies to boys who benefit from being in all-boy classes and groups also).  But rather than bringing up your misandry, let's focus only on your misogyny.

As per usual, "diversity and equity" only seem to work one way.     There are 150 "blacks only" universities in the USA, and nobody is suggesting that these universities can "benefit" from being inter racial.    If most people can understand that women might feel more comfortable in a "female only" gymnasium, then the principle must work the other way.     Some women today in mixed race gymnasiums rather laughingly dress themselves up in sexually revealing clothes and then participate in sexually revealing poses, then angrily complain that the men keep staring at them!    In a free country, both men and women should be able to set up same sex clubs without the nanny state socialists trying to tell the public what to do.

As for "transgenders", spare me.      The tiny minority of people with the mental problem of gender dysphoria should not be able to dictate how the rest of society should treat them.   If people want to walk around with teapots on their heads, they have no right to call such behaviour "normal" and expect everybody else in society to not avoid them.     As for "intersex" people, that is, people who are genuinely born with genetic mutations, one does expect the government will protect this almost insignificant minority from circumstances beyond their control, by allowing them to be a member of any sex specific club they feel most comfortable being in.   Most people have nothing but compassion for people with serious genetic mutations.
