Argument Topic: Will Biden be criminally charged

Does not matter what side of the isle you may lean toward if someone is guilty of a crime and it can be proven in court then that person should be prosecuted even if he is President.

I might also add that that person should be treated like everyone else who commits crimes.  No special treatment and no special deals that would not be offered to any other citizen.

What is there to debate?

Crimes are not proven in court and then prosecuted. It's the other way around. I agree no one should be above the law.

The laptop is of no value in criminal proceedings because there's no "chain of custody"..  It's true, the Chinese, or the Iranians, or Jim Jon Un, could have manipulated the laptop.  Or, maybe not..  But, without a chain of evidence, we'll never know.

traditionally when a president takes over he changes this staffing. Biden is such a class act he allowed the one looking into his son to stay, even though Trump only started the investigation against him as a political hack job.
