Hello, in the last few months I had made two posts of a similar inquiry but many events in my life at that time had prevented me from being able to follow through with interacting with my responses. Now, however, I have the time and capacity once more to engage. With that aside, what is your political ideology?
My agenda is to study the human mind.

If I had to pick one term, I would choose "voluntarism". Be and let be. No institutionalised coercion and violence, and natural societal guarantees of individual freedoms and property rights.

We were working toward it, and lost it. BOTH sides got greedy. Trade Unionism was keeping capitalism in control, it was keeping the income brackets somewhat in rhythm, a gap, but not a space shot for the "chosen ones" shall we say ;-)? When union leaders got greedy, that messed it up. When Reagan destroyed the unions, that finished it. Now, we are well into an oligarchy VERY similar to Russia, and the current oligarchs are bringing U.S. closer to that point where liberty and justice is great …. if you can afford it.
Soon, if it isn't brought back to what the founders envisioned, we will again have street corner labor pickup, if you want to eat, you'll work for what I want to pay. Where's Teddy Roosevelt when we need him?

Free market creates strong incentive for behaviours that appeal to others, as in order to profit on it, it is necessary to create products and services that will be of higher value to others than to yourself. It is similar to how the market forces people to sell tomatoes at a reasonable price; everybody is free to try to sell tomatoes for $20/lb, but it is just not going to work, since people will go to another merchant that sells tomatoes for 10 times as cheap.
That in itself is not sufficient to prevent crime, but there are ways to address crime via private arbitration and social ostracision. For an example of that, think of families: there is no central governing body defining how our families function, yet we manage to self-organise in a way that mostly works.
I think that this idea we succumbed to millennia ago - that centrally mandated order is necessary for societal stability - is wrong upon closer examination. But it is not trivial, and not everyone agrees with it.

-This can be true, but what is produced in order to garner profit does not necessarily correspond to what is needed for society.
That in itself is not sufficient to prevent crime, but there are ways to address crime via private arbitration and social ostracision. For an example of that, think of families: there is no central governing body defining how our families function, yet we manage to self-organise in a way that mostly works.
-If your philosophy is to leave legal matters in the hands of the private sector, then I do see major issues. Firstly, since private institutions are voluntary, how do you mandate that the defendant or criminal must attend these institutions? Secondly, if you are okay with private entities being able to forcefully prosecute and penalize people, what is to prevent individualized entities from engaging in corrupt authoritarian practices since there is no universal law by a universal system of governance to prevent such actions?
-Also, from what empirical data have you examined to reach the conclusion that most family units function in stability?
-Isn't it true that families can be subject to domestic dysfunction and abuse, and that's why we should have governance to intervene when things go disorderly?
I think that this idea we succumbed to millennia ago - that centrally mandated order is necessary for societal stability - is wrong upon closer examination. But it is not trivial, and not everyone agrees with it.
-Why is mandated order wrong upon closer examination? What is this closer examination in precise terminology?

By knowing that there are inherent differences in people which make us different but not inequal by right to live. Also by saying that people should work on themselves rather than blame different races like Social Injustice Warriors and create destruction. The left wing tends to punish people who disagree with them and they try to make themselves better by pulling down other around them who are better

That said, my political perspective is largely informed by an understanding of psychology and power dynamics. I know that people, if given the chance to do so with impunity, will abuse the power that they hold. This is exacerbated by the fact that those who seek power are precisely the people you would not want to have power; psychopaths, narcissists, sociopaths etc.
These harsh truths make me want checks and balances against the powerful, including maintaining a good balance of power between the corporate and governmental powers and the power of the citizen. For example, this is why, despite the fact that most people are profoundly ignorant in regards to statecraft, democracy is the best political system. By making the government accountable to it's citizens, we make abuses of power less frequent and less heinous.
