Hey @CYDdharta

You picked these two sentences to comment on, and avoided the rest?

(I'm saying that you enjoy bantering, and educating the Public, through the lens of your pro gun word play?

Why be stingy, and keep it, exclusively on this specific forum?)

"Why would you assume that I do?"

    @CYDdharta

I'm not assuming anything, you're the pro gun extremist, who's apparently playing word games, with the Second Amendment, and with the Public?

And you are giving me, and the Public a priceless education, through how your pro gun extremist mindset works, via how you pick and choose want to share your Opinion on?

    @CYDdharta

Let me ask you something, do you love your guns, with the same love, that you love your family with?

    @CYDdharta

Care to share your Opinion, on the rest of the below?

Give the NRA, a run for their money?

Hint, the NRA is on Twitter.

"You think I should go on Twitter and say that the 2nd Amendment should be kept as it is??"

"What a wholly worthless waste of time that would be."

"You're the one that thinks it should be changed."

"Why don't you go on Twitter and try to create a movement to add "the death penalty" to the 2nd Amendment since you believe that needs to be added somehow to the Amendment?"

Here's another group of words, of word's, that may or may not speak to your pro gun opinion?

    https://www.buckeyefirearms.org/why-gun-control-extremists-cant-wait-next-mass-shooting-0

"THIS is why gun control extremists can't wait for the next mass shooting"

"Have you ever gotten the feeling that gun control extremists are poised and ready to take advantage of a mass shooting event? Almost as if they're waiting for it? As if they've strategized about it?

It's true, of course. And it's been proven through the release of internal documents such as "Preventing Gun Violence Through Effective Messaging." The playbook devotes an entire chapterto exploiting active killer incidents, coldly advocating using "pain and anguish," "death, injury and heartache" to advance their gun control agenda.

And while you might think the reasons for their exhuberance over this kind of death and destruction is related to their ideology, an article written in the immediate aftermath of the Parkland, FL attack suggests there is a far more basic motive: Money.

That's right - buried at the end of a March 23, 2018 Rolling Stone article filled with wishful thinking on how Parkland had finally tipped the scales for gun controllers was this little gem:

And, unfortunately, every shooting creates more momentum. Within 24 hours of Parkland, Everytown had received $750,000 in unsolicited donations. Within that week, Giffords had received an additional $1.2 million from 43,000 donors. In the month since, Moms Demand Action has attracted 1.7 million new supporters, brought in 140,000 new volunteers and witnessed the creation of 150 new local chapters around the country. All of it just more machinery that will be in place, ready to spring into action, at the next right moment.

Gun ban extremists constantly assert that pro-gun legislators are really just paid puppets of gun manufacturers and the NRA. But of course, thanks to Rolling Stone, we know that it's billionaire Michael Bloomberg's "Everytown" that immediately cashed in on the "right moment" (aka the Parkland massacre), to the tune of three-quarters of a million dollars.

Rush Limbaugh has often advised his listeners that if you want to know what the Left are doing, look at what they are accusing other people of. Rush is right."

This article in certain instances isn't right, the Liberals aren't right, and the pro gun extremists aren't right either.

Because apparently the NRA, along with some of the Far Right Pro Gun supporters, and you ACT like the Second Amendment is your plaything?

The Right, and justifiable voice in this country, when it comes to the Second Amendment, is the Voting Public, as a whole.

And the Public as a whole deserves the RIGHT to change the Second Amendment, as it's written, is they say so.

But I think, that you, and the NRA, along with some of the Far Right Pro Gun supporters, are used to having YOUR opinions, being supported by your individual Opinions, and using the Second Amendment as your puppet, to push your pro gun opinions unto the rest of the Public.

I hate to tell you this, by your apparent, self created entitlement over your guns, via how you're using the Second Amendment, as your puppet, has helped you to apparently lead you to believe, a false sense of entitlement?

The NRA, is suffering from that same, false sense of entitlement as well, by using the Second Amendment, as their puppet, as well?

Just a some of the criminals, and offenders, with their illegal guns, feel like they are falsely entitled to their illegally owned guns as well?

Along with those first time offending mass shooters, who falsely felt entitled to their guns, and then we all know what those first time offenders, did with their guns, now don't we?

IE Nicholas Cruz, and Stephen Paddock.

    @ZeusAres42 ; "What?"
    Your "what" response is below.

    @CYDdharta
Neither of you have an argument to platform your individual Opinions with.

    From Fox News

("Police responding to reports of a shooter in West Texas."

Police: "Multiple gunshot victims" after suspect hijacked mail truck in Odessa, Texas.")

"The Mayor of Odessa TX, David Turner, was on the news by phone, talking about the incident."

    "The suspect is now deceased."

"Police identify suspect in Odessa mass shooting as a white male in his thirties."

"5 dead, 21 injured or wounded."

"A Texas State Trooper, was injured by the Odessa mass shooter as well."

Brand new Gun violence crime in the news from Odessa Texas:

    https://heavy-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/heavy.com/news/2019/08/odessa-texas-shooting/amp/?amp_js_v=a2&amp_gsa=1&usqp=mq331AQEKAFwAQ==#aoh=15672885649293&referrer=https://www.google.com&amp_tf=From %1$s&ampshare=https://heavy.com/news/2019/08/odessa-texas-shooting/

"Police in western Texas are searching for what is now believed to be two shooters in Odessa and Midland.

A police spokesperson first confirmed to Heavy over the phone that officers were not yet sure how many shooters there were, or where all of the gunmen were potentially located. The spokesperson also quickly confirmed that multiple people had been injured, but did not have information about whether any of the victims had been killed.

Police have since confirmed to CBS News that at least 30 people have been shot. 20 of them were shot in Odessa, and another 10 of the injuries occurred in Midland."

To the pro gun extremists, and the non gun owning, gun supporters, and to the NRA, leave the Second Amendment alone, it's not yours to play with, via your individual rhetoric?

More innocent people getting killed or wounded by criminal gun violence crimes, is unacceptable in the United States, and the Second Amendment as its written, is failing the country's safety as a whole.

A follow-up to the Odessa Texas mass shooter:

"DPS says shooter was being stopped for a 'traffic violation'

    From CNN's Carma Hassan

Department of Public Safety troopers were trying to stop the shooting suspect's vehicle because of a "traffic violation," DPS Lt. Elizabeth Carter told CNN.

It's not clear what the traffic violation was, Carter said.

She said that prior to coming to a complete stop, the suspect fired several shots at the DPS patrol unit, injuring one of the officers.

The trooper is in serious but stable condition, Carter said.

The suspect also shot a Midland police officer and an Odessa police officer, both of whom are in stable condition.

    9:42 p.m. ET, August 31, 2019"

"Shooter was armed with a rifle, DPS says

    From CNN's Carma Hassan

The suspect in Saturday's West Texas shooting was armed with a rifle, according to Texas Department of Public Safety Lt. Elizabeth Carter.

According to Carter, the DPS trooper who was shot is in serious but stable condition. The Midland and Odessa police officers who were shot are also in stable condition at the hospital."

"Child younger than 2 among the victims in the West Texas shooting

Russell Tippin, CEO of Medical Center Health System in Odessa, told reporters Saturday that 13 people arrived at the center after the shooting.

Of the 13, two were treated and released, Tippin said. One of the patients was a child younger than 2 who was flown to a pediatric center in either Lubbock or Dallas, a hospital official said.

Seven patients are in critical condition, meaning they've gone through or have been released from surgery. Two are in serious condition and one died.

"West Texas shooting occurred one day before new state laws easing gun restrictions take effect

    From CNN's Laura Ly

The shootings in West Texas took place a day before a series of new state laws easing gun restrictions were set to take effect.

The new laws were passed in August and will go into effect Sunday, September 1.

    Among the new laws:

    • House Bill 1143 says a school district cannot prohibit licensed gun owners, including school employees, from storing a firearm or ammunition in a locked vehicle on a school parking lot -- provided they are not in plain view.
    • Senate Bill 535 clarifies the possession of firearms at churches, synagogues or other places of worship. It allows licensed handgun owners to legally carry their weapons in places of worship.
    • House Bill 1387 loosens restrictions on how many armed school marshals a school district can appoint.
    • House Bill 302 bans homeowners or landlords of rental property from prohibiting residents from lawfully possessing, carrying, transporting or storing a firearm or ammunition on the property.
    • House Bill 1177 prohibits residents from being charged with a crime for carrying a handgun while evacuating from a state or local disaster area.
    • House Bill 2363 allows some foster homes to store firearms and ammunition in a safe, locked and secure place for personal protection.
The NRA informed their members of the new laws on Thursday, stating that the bills were “protecting your second amendment rights.”

Notice how the NRA, got a mention in the news as well?

Again, the NRA, appears to like FREE publicity?

They seem to be as POLITICAL, as the political representatives in the United States seem to be?

To the NRA, you're an educational goldmine to the Public, as a whole, when you're going out of your way, to get your FREE, publicity moments?

I wonder, who is lobbying to whom?

Is the NRA, lobbying to the pro gun extremists, and the Far Right Pro Gun supporter crowd, via their publicity messaging?

Or are the pro gun extremists, and the Far Right Pro Gun supporting crowd, lobbying to the NRA, by supporting the NRA?

Or maybe both, are supporting each other, and are using the Second Amendment, as their individual public platform devices?

    https://abc7news.com/death-toll-rises-to-7-in-odessa-shooting-in-west-texas/5505374/

    TEXAS NEWS

"Death toll rises to 7 in Midland-Odessa shooting in West Texas"

    "Updated 15 minutes ago
ODESSA, Texas -- Odessa police say the death toll in a shooting that spanned the West Texas cities of Midland and Odessa is now seven after a man stopped by state troopers opened fire and fled, shooting people at random. Police later shot the gunman."

"Odessa police spokesman Steve LeSueur said Sunday that at least one person remains in "life-threatening" condition.

Police said Saturday afternoon that they were looking for at least one suspect who was "driving around Odessa shooting at random people." The situation began when the unnamed suspect shot a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper who had pulled him over after 3 p.m. local time, police said.

The shooting set off a chaotic afternoon in which police reported that a suspect hijacked a U.S. Postal Service vehicle and began firing at random in the area of Odessa and Midland, hitting multiple people. Police initially reported that there could be more than one shooter, but Odessa Police Chief Michael Gerke says authorities now believe it was one shooter."

"Police said just after 5:30 p.m. local time that there was no continuing active shooter threat, saying the gunman had been killed near the Cinergy movie theater in Odessa. Police have not released the gunman's identity, saying only that he was a white male in his mid-30s."

Midland Memorial Hospital said it received six patients connected to the shooting, three of whom were in critical condition. Medical Center Hospital in Odessa received 13 patients, including one who has died, seven in critical condition, two in serious condition, two who were treated and released and one child under the age of 2 years old who was transferred to another facility in North Texas for further care.

A Midland officer, an Odessa officer and a DPS trooper were among the injured. The trooper's injuries were non-life-threatening, Midland Mayor Jerry Morales told CNN, and the Midland officer underwent surgery.

The Texas Department of Public Safety and local police departments urged residents to avoid major highways in the area, including Interstate 20. Local media outlets reported several road closures in the area, and multiple local hospitals, schools and other businesses were placed on lockdown."

"Odessa is about 20 miles southwest of Midland. Both are more than 300 miles west of Dallas and lie along Interstate 20 approximately at the midpoint between El Paso and Fort Worth.

Dustin Fawcett was sitting in his truck at a Starbucks in Odessa when he heard at least six gunshots ring out less than 50 yards behind him. At first, he thought it might have been a tire blowing but he heard more shots and spotted a white sedan with a passenger window that had been shattered. That's when he thought, "Oh man, this is a shooting."

Fawcett, 28, an Odessa transportation consultant, "got out to make sure everyone was safe" but found that no one had been struck by the gunfire nearby. He said a little girl was bleeding, but she hadn't been shot, and that he found out she was grazed in the face.

Fawcett said authorities responded quickly and when police pulled out their rifles and vests he knew that "this is not a drive-by. This is something else, this is something bigger."
President Donald Trump has been briefed and the White House is monitoring the situation, Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham told ABC News. ATF agents from Dallas and Lubbock are responding to the incident."

Just briefed by Attorney General Barr about the shootings in Texas. FBI and Law Enforcement is fully engaged. More to follow.

"The First Lady and I are heartbroken over this senseless and cowardly attack, and we offer our unwavering support to the victims, their families, and all the people of Midland and Odessa," Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said in a statement. "The state of Texas and the Department of Public Safety are working closely with local law enforcement to provide resources as needed and deliver justice for this heinous attack. I thank the first responders who have acted swiftly and admirably under pressure, and I want to remind all Texans that we will not allow the Lone Star State to be overrun by hatred and violence. We will unite, as Texans always do, to respond to this tragedy."
Texas state Rep. Brooks Landgraf tweeted: "The tragic situation unfolding in Odessa is serious. Please stay in your homes. I've been in contact with DPS officials, the Speaker and the Governor, and we are working to help in any way possible. In the meantime, please pray for the victims."

To the NRA, to the pro gun extremists, to the Far Right Pro Gun supporters, and the non gun owning, gun supporters:

The mass shooters gun violence crimes, and the other gun violence crimes that are committed, daily, in the US, are UNACCEPTABLE.

Regardless if the 400 million plus guns, are legal, or illegal.

If the Mass shooters, and the criminal and the offenders can't exercise self responsibility, and commit gun violence crimes with their guns, then the PUBLIC deserves fair and equal treatment, via an amended Second Amendment, being that too many people, are looking the other way, when innocent people are being gunned down across the country, because some of those 400 million plus guns, are maybe more important to some of those individual guns owners, than the humanity around the legal gun owner, and the illegal gun owner, at any given time, in any given city, or state in the United States.

"7 killed, 22 injured as alleged mass shooting suspect targets more than 15 locations in Odessa, Texas: Police
    By Emily Shapiro,Bill Hutchinson"

"Seven people were killed and at least 22 others injured when a gunman armed with an AR-type assault rifle went on a rampage in Odessa and Midland in Western Texas on Saturday before he was shot to death in a gunfight with police, according to authorities."

"The latest mass shooting in America came exactly four weeks after 22 people were gunned down at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, and another nine people killed the next day by another gunman in Dayton, Ohio."

"The suspect in Odessa, identified by police as Seth Aaron Ator, 36, of Odessa, allegedly launched the mass shooting after getting pulled over by police for a minor traffic violation, officials said. He then drove around in his vehicle randomly firing at victims in more than 15 different locations, including a car dealership and a movie theater, police said."

"The victims killed ranged in age from 15 to 57, and Odessa Police Chief Michael Gerke said on Sunday that the carnage could have been much worse had police not killed him before he got inside a crowded movie theater."

"He showed up at a movie theater, which would tend to show his motive," Gerke said.

A city of Odessa police car, left, and a U.S. mail vehicle, right, which were involved in Saturday's shooting, are pictured outside the Cinergy entertainment center, Sept. 1, 2019, in Odessa, Texas.

"The chief declined to identify the suspect during the news conference, saying, "I'm not going to give him any notoriety for what he did."

"He told reported the suspect's name would be released soon, but not in a public forum. The Odessa Police Department later released the suspect's name on its Facebook page."

"Gerke said that among the 22 people injured were three law enforcement officers and a 17-month-old girl."

"Texas Gov. Greg Abbott lamented having to go to another "shattered" Texas town to discuss a mass shooting, saying, "Too many Texans are dying."

"During the news conference, Abbott read a text message from the mother of the toddler who was wounded in the rampage.,

"This is all of our worst nightmare," the mother wrote in the text, according to Abbott. "But thank God she is alive and relatively well."

"The mother said her daughter suffered injuries to her lip, teeth and tongue, and shrapnel wounds to her chest."

"She’s having surgery tomorrow to remove the shrapnel from her chest and to fix her lip and mouth and to get a better look at her tongue," the mother wrote. "We are thanking God for healing her and appreciate continued prayers.”

"Police initially said five people were killed, but that number included the shooter. On Sunday, Gerke said the number of people allegedly killed by the gunman rose overnight from four to seven."

"It should have been a great day, a long holiday weekend," Gerke said. "Instead, it was a little after 3 in the afternoon we had something happen that we'd never wish on anyone."

"The shootings unfolded just at 3:15 p.m. local time when a Texas Department of Public Safety officer pulled the suspect's gold Honda over for failing signal before making a turn, Gerke said."

"As the officer approached the Honda, the suspect opened fire without warning, wounding the officer, who later underwent surgery and remained hospitalized on Sunday, officials said."

In this image made from video provided by Dustin Fawcett, police officers guard on a street in Odessa, Texas, Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019.

"Christopher Combs, special agent in charge of the FBI field office in San Antonio, said the weapon used in the shooting was an AR-type rifle. He said it remained under investigation how the suspect obtained the weapon."

"Gerke said that after the suspect, described as white and in his 30s, shot the trooper, he fled along Interstate 20 toward Odessa, targeting people more than 15 different locations."

"When he reached 42nd Street in Odessa, he opened fire again, wounding several more people, authorities added."

"As police from multiple agencies scrambled to stop the rolling rampage, authorities mistakenly thought there were two gunmen after the suspect ditched his vehicle and allegedly carjacked a U.S. Postal Service van, officials said."

"The alleged killer then sped toward the Cinergy center, a local entertainment complex that includes a cineplex and a laser-tag range."

"Meztli Sanchez told ABC News that she was playing laser-tag with her 7-year-old son, when people rushed into the indoor range, screaming that the shooter was outside."

"Sanchez said she, her son and other panicked patrons ran to the rear of the cineplex, where some ran into a field as more gunfire broke out."

"I grabbed my son and put him behind me and held him against the wall until the shooting stopped," Sanchez told ABC News on Sunday morning when she returned to Cinergy center to pick up her truck, which she left in the parking lot.

"A cellphone video taken by a witness showed the suspect speeding toward the cineplex in the postal van before a police officer in a marked SUV rammed the van on the driver's side, causing it to spin out and stop. Within seconds, police open fire on the van, killing the driver inside."

"The suspect was shot and killed by responding officers after he rammed at least one patrol cars with the stolen mail van, police said."

This handout image taken on Aug. 31, 2019, shows a car with bullet holes in the window after a gunman opened fire on the I-20 highway in between Odessa and Midland, Texas.

The motive for the shooting is under investigation, police said.

"A Midland police officer was also shot and underwent surgery, Morales said.

The three injured officers suffered non-life-threatening wounds, officials said.

Midland Memorial Hospital received six patients and another 13 patients were taken to Medical Health Center, according to the hospital's president, Russell Tippin.

Three of shooting victims died after being taken to hospitals, officials said."

People are evacuated from Cinergy Odessa cinema following a shooting in Odessa, Texas, in this still image taken from video posted to social media, Aug. 31, 2019.

"Cinergy Entertainment, the entertainment center where the rampage came to an end, released a statement on Twitter calling the shooting a "senseless tragedy."

"The safety of our team members and guests are our top priority and we are extremely grateful for the swift response from local authorities & first responders," the statement read."

Authorities cordon off a part of the sidewalk in Odessa, Texas, after a mass shooting on Aug. 31, 2019.

"The state of Texas and the Department of Public Safety are working closely with local law enforcement to provide resources as needed and deliver justice for this heinous attack," Gov. Abbott said in an earlier statement.

"We will not allow the Lone Star State to be overrun by hatred and violence. We will unite, as Texans always do, to respond to this tragedy,” he added. "We offer our unwavering support to the victims, their families, and all the people of Midland and Odessa."

President Donald Trump tweeted that he's been briefed by the attorney general.

"FBI and Law Enforcement is fully engaged," he tweeted. "More to follow."

The shooting came a day before eight new laws that ease restrictions on guns went into the effect in Texas, including prohibiting landlords from banning tenants from having guns in their apartments and allowing people licensed to carry concealed weapons to have firearms in churches and other places of worship.

"The Odessa-Midland rampage was the fifth mass shooting in Texas since September 2017 that have left a combined 72 people dead and 78 wounded."

See how the NRA uses social media, to publicize itself?

I believe that the NRA, view themselves as the "Official Stewardship," of the Second Amendment?

And I'm wondering why they didn't publicly express the outcome of their conversation with Trump, in regards to this quotation from their own publicity statement?

"I spoke to the President today. We discussed the best ways to prevent these types of tragedies. And Donald Trump is a strong President and supports our Right to Keep and Bear Arms! Wayne LaPierre."

@NRA, So to Wayne LaPierre of the NRA, what ARE the best ways to prevent these types of tragedies?

The Second Amendment, doesn't belong to the NRA, and the Second Amendment doesn't say anything about some of the legal gun owners, and the illegal gun owners, being allowed to have the Right to Bear Arms, and then to kill people, through their various gun violence crimes, that have been committed by some, with their legally owned, and illegally owned guns?

The Second Amendment, as it's currently written, is a failure to family safety, and the Public safety overall, isn't it, @CYDdharta @ZeusAres42 @Vaulk?

Where's your actual counter argument at? Counter argument? Do you mean what questions might there be in preserving American United State Constitution of lethal force uses publicly? It appears as though people who appose guns in the united state share openly the use of lethal force by targeting people unprepared to directly address lethal force. These type actions are more an undertaking that resembles Civil War, the united state of waiting to engage armed representation is not present in these shootings. This rules out the principle of occupation and control of the Nation as the goal of change set by this use of lethal force. Where's your counter argument at? There are many things to question and look into in theses matters as a state of the union. Presidential or not. Where the civilians shot by gun armed or unarmed. Opportunity given to yield to a filed grievance verbally before an Independent Armed Service fire on the general public. The American Constitutional United State describes a right to peacefully assemble and file grievance, this does not mean they all will follow the required United State. They may have been given incentive to do otherwise by past experiences and enforcement of American Constitution as law becomes more, and more likely to be ignored. Is this a circumstance created by debt or other new forms of payment somehow? With new currency or credit a person needs to understand these systems do not pay all debt legally, they do not even place such a standard in writing, and subsequently place people in danger by attaching names and addresses to payments as a united state.

The shooting came a day before eight new laws that ease restrictions on guns went into the effect in Texas, including prohibiting landlords from banning tenants from having guns in their apartments and allowing people licensed to carry concealed weapons to have firearms in churches and other places of worship.

By the way you do understand that by law, American United State Constitution, a Tenant of any property in the America's, cannot by United State created by law under any Constitution written force a landlord to Maintain an Amery on their behalf. Land Lord has choice to allow a ranch hand or tenant to maintain an armory, in basic principle the deed of land is the license of authority in the armory question. The United State of Constitution states by legal precedent a tenant may negotiate only for a right to file for an independent permission to maintain Amory at a location not in their ownership, one that is not held by official title of Lord. Lord Is a direct connection to common law, as is Land Lord.

    https://www.britannica.com/topic/common-law

So we have a clear understanding. A person with a gun and American constitutional right to own it must possess a property by deed/title and the gun was always limited by that area. When looking at preservation of American United State Constitution and Declaration of independence only.

    Where's your counter argument at?
Another counter argument might be, could be, the principle of shooting in limited reasons can be a relief of some kind legal issue that occurs by other forms of regulation when efforts to investigate details take place . The Chemical Civil War created by arms of narcotics directly as the weapon meaning differences between planned not always forced overdoes of narcotic bring less attention in Identification as murder than shootings. New and Drastic methods of influence become deployed.

"Not only did the Odessa gunman have a criminal history... ...he also previously failed a gun purchase background check in Texas... ...& he didn’t go thru a background check for the gun he used in Odessa. We must keep guns out of criminals’ hands."

    https://www.statesman.com/news/20190901/odessa-gunman-had-criminal-history-in-central-texas-dps-records-show

"Odessa gunman had criminal history in Central Texas, DPS records show"

"The 36-year-old Odessa man accused of killing seven people and injuring 22 others in West Texas on Saturday has a criminal record in Central Texas, according to Texas Department of Public Safety online records.

A DPS criminal history search shows that Seth Aaron Ator was arrested in August 2001 for an evading arrest charge and a criminal trespass charge in McLennan County when he was 18. Ator pleaded guilty to both Class B misdemeanor charges, according to DPS records. Sentences in both cases were deferred in 2002.

Online records for Ator also showed previous addresses in Lorena and Waco.

Odessa police had identified Ator on its Facebook page as the shooter in a series of apparently random attacks in the Midland-Odessa area. In a news conference on Sunday, Odessa Police Chief Michael Gerke refused to say the name the gunman, explaining that he did not want give the shooter any publicity, according to the Associated Press.

RELATED: 7 killed, 22 injured in Midland-Odessa shooting rampage, police say

Police said the rampage started when a state trooper stopped Ator along Interstate 20 for failing to signal a left turn Saturday afternoon. Authorities said Ator then pointed a rifle out the rear of his vehicle and fired several shots at the patrol car pulling him over, the Associated Press reported.

The gunshots struck one of the two troopers inside and Ator fled the scene. Witnesses described gunfire near shopping centers and busy intersections, the AP reported. At one point, Ator hijacked a U.S. Postal Service vehicle and drove to the Cinergy Movie Theater in Odessa, where he was eventually shot and killed by police officers.

The identities of those killed Saturday have not yet been released, and police on Sunday said Ator’s motive was not yet known."

This Mass Shooter, wasn't supposed to have an guns, because he had a criminal history.

Again to the @NRA, and to @Vaulk, and @CYDdharta, and @ZeusAres42.

The Second Amendment, doesn't belong to the NRA, and the Second Amendment doesn't say anything about some of the legal gun owners, and the illegal gun owners, being allowed to have the Right to Bear Arms, and then to kill people, through their various gun violence crimes, that have been committed by some, with their legally owned, and illegally owned guns?

...& he didn’t go thru a background check for the gun he used in Odessa. We must keep guns out of criminals’ hands."

Again the united state is lethal force for all legislation of law on American United State Constitutional Right. It is not Explaining how unconstitutional law does not make everyone a criminal by united state. The construction of prosecution becomes based only on a states ability to prosecute with success not structure of law itself. The cases is started which a prosecutor feels as though it will be understood by a jury who is placed in control of the judicial separation process, no documentation of united state exists of all natures of crime under United State basic principle are easy to be understand in legal precedent, the way that actual describes a fact of wrong be collected as evidence. A Gun is only one type of evidence that is collected in the wrong use of lethal force. We question lethal force not murder, it is lethal force which describes itself by evidence to others as a form of several murders.

The Second Amendment, as it's currently written, is a failure to family safety, and the Public safety overall, isn't it,

The second Amendment belongs to the American declaration of independence, then American United State of Constitution. The biggest Cite of this is the 2nd Amendment is amending only proven states found United in American Constitution. This may be applied to all national Constitutions written providing said Constitutions are in fact basic principle and legal precedent plus united state.

The Second Amendment, as it's currently written, is a failure to family safety, and the Public safety overall, isn't it? Yes, this is known the 2nd amendment does not say the word gun it states clearly the bearing weight of all arm's known, and unknown. This is what clearly makes a united State in basic principle of lethal force, use your democratic powers of republic for the good of common tranquility. Again, please direct attention to the use of lethal force by intelligent understanding as this is the statement of the 2nd amendment, claims, lies not be applied improperly in some way. Who is not using lethal force as a common defense, why not? Is the governing by law on this force increasing the danger in all shootings as a united state? Is it forcing people to wait helplessly dependent on others?

The observation would question hidden possibly illegal amendment made on American independence itself as causing the increased lack of safety. Not only in State of Texas but all groups held in that particular questionable state of union. Sounds like a great Presidential state of the union topic who was last Man or Presadera as woman candidate for Executive office ever spoke at liberty about the constitutional issue?

By united State a basic idea and legal issue is brought to light in the deaths in Texas, The 2nd Amendment does not give a right by its union of two states for a tenant to own a Gun without written permission from any landlord. ( A common law precedent to which independence has already been limited) While the preamble of American Constitutional states a common defense for when the tenant can prove preservation of all constitutional requirements. The debate here is beyond reasonable doubt as a standard of precedent, This might be presumed possible if basic principle can be verbal expressed for all legislation of laws written.

"17-month-old injured in West Texas shooting spree is recovering from surgery"

By Amanda Jackson and Scottie Andrew, CNN

"(CNN)Seventeen-month-old Anderson Davis was one of the 22 people injured in last weekend's shooting spree in West Texas. Despite her injuries, she's expected to make a full recovery, her parents say.

Anderson is at home recovering from surgery for her injuries, which include shrapnel in her chest, a hole through her bottom lip and damage to her front teeth, Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis said Monday.

Seven people were killed after a gunman went on a shooting spree Saturday that began during a traffic stop in Midland and continued as he drove into Odessa, some 20 miles away. Odessa police confronted him in a movie theater parking lot and killed him in a shootout.

"We hurt so badly for the families whose loved ones didn't survive this tragedy," parents Kelby and Garret Davis said in a statement emailed to CNN later Sunday. "We are thankful for our beautiful baby girl and look forward to reuniting her at home with her twin brother soon."

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said at a press conference Sunday that Anderson's mother had texted him an update about her daughter's condition.

"'Toddlers are funny because they can get shot but still want to run around and play,'" Davis wrote, according to the governor.

Abbott said Davis told him Anderson would have surgery Monday to remove the shrapnel from her chest, fix her lip and mouth and "get a better look at her tongue." The damage to her mouth was "pretty bad," but can be fixed, Abbott said.

On Saturday, a spokesman for University Medical Center in Lubbock told CNN that Anderson was in satisfactory condition after the shooting."

There is something seriously wrong, in the United States, when a 17 month old toddler, gets hit in the mouth by a Mass shooters bullet, while sitting in her child seat, inside of the family vehicle, and some of the pro gun extremists, and some of the Far Right Pro Gun supporters, and apparently, (because I've been watching to see, what the NRA, might say statement wise, because they are so Second Amendment oriented, according to their own statements, in reference to the 17 month old toddler, because, I have seen ZERO commentary from them, via social media?)

Because all of the above appear be acting in a tight lipped manner, maybe in regards to the toddler, so as to avoid any negative social media scrutiny being directed in their directions?

    What's irrelevant about the below?

The NRA, is a major part of the conversation.

How the NRA, uses the Second Amendment to platform their Opinion, is a major part of the conversation.

And how the NRA, like to publicize their conversations in regards to Trump, is a major part of the conversation as well.

So the below is extremely relevant.

    From the NRA on Twitter:

You can label things as a fallacy, or as irrelevant, because your pro gun extremists mindset, is obvious.

The NRA, treating the Second Amendment as its apparent puppet, is publicly obvious.

And the NRA, name dropping Trump in its Tweets, is publicly obvious.

And a 17 month old toddler getting shot in the face, is publicly obvious.

And the city of Odessa Texas, being victimized by a Mass shooters gun violence crime, is publicly obvious.

"Texas gunman called both police and FBI before deadly shooting rampage"

"The gunman in a spate of violence after a routine traffic stop in West Texas had just been fired from his job and called both police and the FBI before the shooting began, authorities said Monday. Odessa Police Chief Michael Gerke said the suspect had been fired over the weekend from Journey Oilfield Services. He said both the gunman and the company called 911 after being fired Saturday, but that suspect was gone by the time police showed up. FBI special agent Christopher Combs said the gunman's statements on the phone were "rambling."

Authorities said the suspect killed seven people and injured at least 22 others Saturday before officers killed him outside a busy movie theater in Odessa. It was at least the 38th mass killing this year. "

"FBI special agent Christopher Combs said the gunman "was on a long spiral down" before the shooting on the day he was fired. He went to work that day "in trouble," Combs said. He said the place where the suspect lived was "a strange residence" and that the condition reflected "what his mental state was going into this."

Online court records show the gunman, identified as 36-year-old Seth Aaron Ator, was arrested in 2001 for a misdemeanor offense that would not have prevented him from legally purchasing firearms in Texas, although authorities have not said where Ator got the "AR style" weapon he used."

"Texas Governor Greg Abbott tweeted Monday that "we must keep guns out of criminals' hands" — words similar to his remarks that followed another mass shooting in El Paso on August 3, when he said firearms must be kept from "deranged killers." But Abbott, a Republican and avid gun rights supporter, has been noncommittal about tightening Texas gun laws."

"He also tweeted that Ator failed a previous gun background check and didn't go through one for the weapon he used in Odessa. He did not elaborate, and a spokesman referred questions to the Texas Department of Public Safety, which didn't immediately respond for comment."

"Authorities said those killed were between 15 and 57 years old but did not immediately provide a list of names. Family and employers, however, said that among the dead were Edwin Peregrino, 25, who ran out of his parents' home to see what the commotion was; mail carrier Mary Granados, 29, slain in her U.S. Postal Service truck; and 15-year-old high school student Leilah Hernandez, who was walking out of an auto dealership."

"Hundreds of people gathered at a local university in the Permian Basin region known for its oil industry Sunday evening for a prayer vigil to console each other and grieve the loss of life.

"We're out here in the middle of nowhere," Midland Mayor Jerry Morales told the crowd. "All we've talked about is oil forever. And then this happens."

"Investigators say the rampage began just after 3 p.m. on a west Texas interstate when state troopers tried pulling over a car following reports of a person driving erratically. The driver opened fire with an assault-style rifle — hitting and wounding a trooper — before driving off."

"For nearly two hours, Ator led police on a high-speed chase while firing randomly at people. At one point, he hijacked a mail van, killing Mary Granados, who was working on her postal route."

"Mary's twin sister, Rosie, was on the phone with her when the gunman attacked: "She was screaming for help," she said. "And I did my best to go help her, but I couldn't get there on time."

"Did she say anything to you after you heard the screaming?" CBS News correspondent Begnaud asked.

"No," Granados replied, "because she was already dead."

"I think that he could have taken the car without having to kill her, you know?" she told Begnaud. "He could have taken the car. That's it. That's all he needed. He didn't have to take my sister."

The Second Amendment needs to be amended.

And EVERY gun in the United States needs to be accounted for the legal guns, and the illegal guns.

If it turns out that the gun that Seth Ator, used to murder his victims with was illegal, then the illegal gun dealer, deserves life in prison, for enabling At or, to have his illegal gun.

And another idea, those families, who were affected by the gun violence crimes, suing the Ator family, with a Wrongful Death lawsuit.

There is no Miranda Right issued on behalf or by a civil lawyer. They are not protected for self-incrimination and participation to crimes. It is a job with great legal risk. The crime of selling lethal force is never proven or attempted sought. The idea of justice sells the burden of blame, and the idea not only the person who undertakes the use of lethal force is to be punished.

Counsel does not represented the American United State held in constitution by the 2nd Amendment. The structure of the obligation to do right is not the same in seeking civil grievance as a independent right TKDB. It is not a lawyers job to explain facts of the 2md Amendment to a jury. There are many things that can be found that hold a person accountable to things that are not a crime.

If the 2nd Amendment needed to be Amended why have all law change been focused on Independence?

Soros Spends Nearly $9 Million Lobbying, Now Targets Guns

Liberal billionaire George Soros's advocacy organizations are lobbying lawmakers on Capitol Hill to repeal an act protecting firearms manufacturers from liability for gun crimes including murder, disclosure forms show.

The Open Society Policy Center is Soros's D.C.-based 501(c)4 nonprofit that works on domestic and international advocacy and is affiliated with the much larger Open Society Foundations. The center has poured nearly $9 million into lobbying a range of issues so far this year.

Soros's group reported spending $2.6 million on lobbying throughout the first quarter, covering international, military, and appropriations issues. In addition, the center moved into gun control advocacy and reported lobbying on "issues related to a bill to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act."

The NRA has turned to Twitter, the Second Amendment, and name dropping Trumps name, to do its Social media pro gun arguing with?

While you rely, on the "Irreverent, and Fallacy," symbols to do you pro gun arguing with?

Are you, maybe both pro gun, in the faces of both Family safety, and Public safety, in the United States?

I'm trying to educate myself on where your pro gun mindset resides?

Is your pro gun mindset, also, pro family safety, and pro Public safety oriented as well, when it comes to the gun owners, who used their legal, and illegal guns, to kill Police Officers, kids, and students, parents, and senior citizens with?

Where does your individual argument, reside?

I'm pro family, and pro Public safety, in the face of the NRA, the pro gun extremists, and the Far Right Pro Gun, supporters.

Because, I get the impression, that some are pro gun oriented, and aren't wasting their mindful energy, on being pro family oriented, or pro Public safety oriented, because of some and their individual pro gun views, being platformed on how they utilize the Second Amendment, as its sadly, and currently written?

If you want to be educated on my positions, all you have to do is go back and actually read what I've already posted. You haven't come up with any new arguments or positions, just rehashed the same crap you've been posting here for years.

You've educated me plenty with your pro gun extremist rhetoric.

"If you want to be educated on my positions, all you have to do is go back and actually read what I've already posted. You haven't come up with any new arguments or positions, just rehashed the same crap you've been posting here for years."

@CYDdharta, I know, what you know, you're a pro gun extremist, who loves your guns, like some who love their kids, their families, and their communities, more than some love their own guns right?

Like some who love their illegal guns, more, than they love their own kids, or their own families, or their own communities?

Gun violence crimes, happen everyday in the United States, IE, California, Michigan, Chicago, and New Orleans?

And there isn't anything new argument wise, position wise, or opinion wise about that, is there, except that the Second Amendment, as it's currently written, is failing, the millions of families, and the Public safety of the entire country as a whole, isn't it?
    (That's a new argument, @CYDdharta) ;

Now the NRA, like you, are making a name for themselves, via the Internet?

"Walmart ends all handgun ammunition sales and asks customers not to carry guns into stores"

    By Nathaniel Meyersohn, CNN Business
Updated 4:57 PM EDT, Tue September 03, 2019

"New York(CNN Business)Walmart on Tuesday announced it will reduce its gun and ammunition sales, one month after more than 20 people were killed in a mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas. Walmart also pressured Congress to enact gun safety measures.

The company, America's largest retailer, said it will stop selling handgun ammunition and "short-barrel rifle ammunition," such as the .223 caliber and 5.56 caliber, that can also be used on assault-style weapons after selling all of its current inventory. Walmart (WMT) will also stop selling handguns in Alaska, the only state where it still sells handguns. And Walmart will request that customers no longer openly carry guns into its 4,700 US stores, or its Sam's Club stores, in states that allow open carry.

"It's clear to us that the status quo is unacceptable," Walmart CEO Doug McMillon said in a memo to employees on Tuesday.

However, Walmart will continue to sell long barrel deer rifles and shotguns and much of the ammunition for those guns. The company sells guns in about 3,900 stores. Walmart will also continue to allow concealed carry by customers with permits in its stores.

McMillon said Walmart's changes were prompted by the El Paso, Texas, shooting, as well as recent mass shootings in Dayton, Ohio, and Midland and Odessa, Texas.

The measured steps announced Tuesday are the latest changes Walmart has made to its gun policies in recent years as mass shootings continue in America.

Walmart attempted again to balance customers who own guns and are "part of our customer base" with safety in stores, Dan Bartlett, Walmart executive vice president of corporate affairs, said on a call with reporters.

"We feel like we are striking a responsible balance between the interests of law-abiding citizens who are exercising their legal rights and the safety concerns of our associates and customers," he said.

Walmart represents about 2% of the market for guns today, the company said for the first time recently. Walmart believes it is not among the top three gun sellers in the industry, but it estimates it has about a 20% market share of ammunition sales.

On Tuesday, McMillon said that Walmart's changes to ammunition policies will reduce its market share from around 20% to between 6% and 9%. "We believe it will likely drift toward the lower end of that range, over time, given the combination of these changes," he said.

McMillion, who said he was a gun owner himself, took pains to avoid alienating customers.

"We will treat law-abiding customers with respect, and we will have a very non-confrontational approach," he said. "Our remaining assortment will be even more focused on the needs of hunting and sport shooting enthusiasts."

In addition, McMillon said that he would send letters to the White House and congressional leaders that "call for action" on "common sense" gun safety measures. McMillon said Congress should debate re-authorizing the assault weapons ban and expand background checks.

"We encourage our nation's leaders to move forward and strengthen background checks and to remove weapons from those who have been determined to pose an imminent danger," he said. "Congress and the administration should act. Given our decades of experience selling firearms, we are also offering to serve as a resource in the national debate on responsible gun sales."

    Spurred by El Paso shooting

On August 3, a Walmart in El Paso was the scene of one of the worst mass shootings in American history. Federal investigators are treating the shooting as an act of domestic terrorism.

In the wake of the shooting, Walmart has faced enormous pressure to remove firearms from its physical stores and criticized for selling pro-gun T-shirts on its website. Several Democratic candidates for president have called on Walmart to stop selling guns at its stores. America's largest teachers' union, The American Federation of Teachers, and gun safety groups have pressed the retailer to end its gun sales.

Walmart previously pulled displays of violent video games in its stores and also removed about 1,000 third-party items from its website.

Despite its history of selling hunting weapons that goes back to Walmart's origins, Walmart has shifted its gun policies. It stopped selling assault rifles in 2015 and raised its minimum gun purchasing age to 21 last year after the Parkland, Florida, shooting. Walmart also stopped selling handguns in every state but Alaska in the mid-1990s and only sells a firearm to customers after receiving a "green light" on a background check.

"We understand that heritage, our deeply rooted place in America and our influence as the world's largest retailer. And we understand the responsibility that comes with it," McMillon said."

How is your Nuclear Arsenal comment relevant to the discussion?

  • Does the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution belong to the people?
No, it is not they are given a choice to bear the wait of lethal force equally with those in the world who may do them harm. I would label the actions of mass shootings as terrorism but in basic principle the crime that is taking place is espionage.

An illegal united state is being created, in basic principle the state of the union is illegal because it is centered around the wrong use of lethal force as the simplest principle and it is not mentioned in the in the introduction of truth for law as evidence that is top be sought.

"Foreigners are warned on flights to the U S of the dangers one faces regards guns in the U S it is rated a disgraceful 121st in world peace rankings and justifiably so.
In basic principle the united state that creates the rating is same as what dictates the united state of lethal force for gun ownership. It is the worlds inability to display a United State Constitution which puts them at rick in the first place. I would argue that the political sale of democracy and not bearing of United State Constitution have created the rating. By the way I believe your number of 121st is low and not high, but is still unjustified for the lack of common defense to the general welfare.

I wonder who the pro gun extremists, or the pro gun supporters, or the Far Right Pro Gun supporters crowd, or the non gun owning supporters, might lend support to?

The (Gun) used to kill the family members with, or the (teenager?)

The Truth, the pro gun extremist crowds, are afraid to have an outright, fair, and equal debate.

They've taken up a defensive position behind the Second Amendment, and are using it as their own personal talking head puppet.

They refuse to debate over the guns that have been used to kill people, because it would be hypocritical to defend the same AR-15 assault rifles that some of the the Mass shooters, used to murder, their victims with?

Reason being, being there is the likely chance, that some of the pro gun extremist in the United States, own the very same model of said assault rifle, in their very own homes?

How does a legal gun owner get upset over a situation, if their guns haven't killed someone outside of self defense, of themselves, and their own property?

How does a legal gun owner develop a negative mindset if they haven't done anything wrong?

Has the Government, made any PUBLIC statements, saying that they are going to take the legal gun owner's guns away?

Nope, I think that TWITTER, would have been glowing with all sorts of expressed opinions, if that were to be the case, now wouldn't it?

To the pro gun extremist, and the Far Right Pro Gun supporter crowd, your arguments, seem, a tad paranoid, don't they?

To the pro gun extremist crowd, to the NRA, and to the Far Right, Pro Gun crowd supporters, your irrational logic doesn't make any sense, but you don't hesitate AT ALL, to use the the Second Amendment, as its currently written, and Twitter, to sound off, on how you feel about your right to bear arms being infringed on by ANYONE??

Tell me something, EXACTLY who does the NRA, the pro gun extremist, and the Far Right Pro Gun supporters crowd, want the rest of the PUBLIC to be scared, or fearful of?

Is there any internet chatter, that is suggesting that the rest of the PUBLIC, has someone or something to fear, when it comes to the Second Amendment, because the pro gun extremist, or the Far Right Pro Gun supporters, says so?

    Nope, no Internet chatter, whatsoever?

I'm waiting to HEAR what that pro gun extremist fear-mongering is comprised of?

"The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution protects the individual right to keep and bear arms.[1][2][a] It was ratified on December 15, 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights.[3][4][5] "

The Second Amendment, doesn't give the illegal gun owner, the right to bear arms does it?

The Second Amendment, doesn't give the illegal gun owner, the right to kill innocent people, now does it?

The Second Amendment, also didn't, give those legal gun owners, the right to kill people, via their Mass Shooting crimes, now either, did it?

    Your collective argument is thin.

Most of those indicators are irrelevant, safety and security are the only two categories pertinent to this discussion

Nonsense , even if that was the case is the safety and security of citizens not enough?

You can if you want to, but A] that completely changes rankings and the US's position in the rankings, and B] even that includes things like violent demonstrations which are pretty much strictly the domain of the left, groups like ANTIFA and BLM, so it's utterly irrelevant to the discussion at hand.

The NRA, is not the fabric of the American society.

The Public as a whole is.

There are real victims of terrorism – ask those who lost someone in 9/11. is the fabric of American society. We are teachers, doctors, cops, and everyone who fights for America's freedoms. San Fran should be ashamed. members: Show them who you are! Tweet #IAmTheNRA "

From the NRA on Twitter today, along with more of the Public, expressing themselves from both sides of the Guns conversation.

There are a plethora of examples of how the NRA, is being defended, and how the rest of the Public, isn't of the same view, or views, that the NRA, goes about apparently, publicizing?

Twitter, is just as educational as the NRA itself, and just as educational, as the Mass shooter gun violence crime statistics are?

Along with the other Gun violence crime statistics, that are archived day, after week, after month, after year.

I'm pro family, and pro Public safety in the face of the Second Amendment, as it currently written.

The Public overall, deserves, formal, fair, civil, and, equal representation from the Second Amendment. When it comes to the legal guns, and the illegal guns, that have been used to victimize, the overall Public, for decades now.

Did you know Superman is an member? is a strong protector of #2A. "If someone breaks [in], I'm going to call 911. Until the police get here, my house, my family, my loved ones – we're on our own, and we're going to be just fine because we are NRA." #IAmTheNRA "

San Fran lawmakers “loathe the and vehemently oppose their views on the 2nd Amendment and the right to own a gun. They’re free to have those views, but they do not have the authority to declare someone else a terrorist for having that different view.”

In fact the NRA is a victim of defamation or libel, and San Francisco is now obligated to make restitution for the harm they have caused. They committed a crime, and the NRA is their victim.

Maybe those council members should take to the streets and ask the homeless if they would rather: (1) have food, clothes, and housing, or (2) have their council declare the NRA a terrorist organization. I’m betting low and middle income families in San Fran don’t care about guns.

It's all self-righteousness garbage. Look at what Walmart did yesterday. They could have removed all the "dangerous" ammo from their stores but instead they decided to sell what they had first. It's not "dangerous" today but tomorrow it is?

Don't think changing definitions is new. This is the danger of it. Instead of Auschwitz being a labor camp, it was a death camp. That's the gate to Auschwitz. The heading reads "Work Sets You Free". This is a recent lesson of history. #Nazi #WWII #ConcentrationCamps

But if one of them is holding a gun in front of me and telling me I'm wrong. That's going to cause a panic from the ppl around BECAUSE they see a man yelling while holding a gun. If they don't agree and that shoots the other guy. Now what. MURDER.

Yet I’m supposed to feel safe with some disheveled guy with a rifle coming into a grocery store who might be having a bad day , who doesn’t do anything, yet me and my kids are in terror because they just had active shooter drills in school that day !! NO! This isn’t who we are!!

When saying gun violence you are basically saying the unconstitutional use of lethal force, yet you just want to unite all those families who bear the weight of work involved in holding lethal force with constitution. Safety by law is a matter of American Declaration of Independence not United State Constitution. Law does not make us safe law provides the means to separate ourselves form the independent acts that place us at risk by united state.

And your family has my sympathies.

Regardless of the mindful standards, that you utilize, to defend your arguments with.

"Hey Trollbot, You know, you sound a lot like my wife."

And my standards, are pro family safety, and pro Public safety, in opposition to your various non gun owning, pro gun standards.

Kids have been killed, by a Mass Shooters gun violence crimes, and you took the time, to attack me with your trollbot word, because it's easier to attack me, than to defend the kids, parents, police officers, senior citizens, and students, who were killed by Stephen Paddock, Nicholas Cruz, and Seth Ator?

@ZeusAres42, you're a sad, sorry, and desperate individual, who calls people names, because he's scared to defend people, who were killed by gun violence crimes.

Scared people like yourself, don't have a life outside of a debate forum.

    you said>>>
Deputy Angel Reinosa, 21, was wearing a bulletproof vest in the parking lot of the station at 501 W. Lancaster Blvd. when shots rang out about 2:45 p.m., said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Capt. Todd Weber."

You should make sure you do some folkowup before you use a story. That particulat officer lied. There are many articles on this incident but here is one https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2019/08/25/us/lancaster-deputy-shooting-fabricated/index.html

Before you start listing all the legitimately shot officers we are mostly all aware of these tragedies.

We are also mostly all aware of the tragic mass shootings that have taken place. So you don't need to list them either.

I think the majority of legal gun owners, gun enthusiasts and anyone with any empathy feels bad for the victims and the families of unlawful shootings and gun use.

That being said your argument of changing the 2nd admendment holds no wieght.

I have said some this to you before but will repeat it with the same questions.

If all guns legally and illegally were "1000%" accounted for how would this make us safer?

Also, don't you think if law enforcement agencies were capable of accounting for illegal weapons that those weapons would have already been confiscated and the owners arrestted? Or do you believe law enforcement is just letting people run around with illegal weapons b/c they don't think it is a priority?

Just because someone ownes a gun or guns doen't necessarily make them a threat to those who choose not to own guns. Most gun owners are not a threat to anyone who isn"t threatening bodily harm to them or someone they feel they need to protect. Like maybe someone like you who doesn't own a gun but is being threatened by some criminsl who does.
